- all rooms/appartements include everything necessary for self-supply
- (e.g.: electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge, instant coffee,
- portioned jam, - honey, - nutella,...)
- the rooms/appartements by key money
- the price includes the final clean-up
- the rooms / appartements can be received at the journey day at 2 p.m.
- and are to be left during the departure day till 10 a.m.!
- please inform us about your arrival-time, when booking
- the rooms/appartements get cleaned between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.,
- except on Sundays
- inspecitons of the rooms/appartements after registration
- from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
-from 10 p.m. silence is to be held on the rooms/appartements!
Cancelation conditions:
- 30 ore more days before the arrival |

- 20-29 days before the arrival |
- 25 % of the whole price |
- 10-19 days before the arrival |
- 50 % of the whole price |
4-9 days before the arrival |
- 65 % of the whole price |
- 0-3 days before the arrival |
- 85 % of the whole price |
